Keynote Speaking

Build Trust with Your Team and Community

My keynote speeches are designed to genuinely connect with people and provide them with actionable advice. I spend time before each speech understanding my audience through conversations, research, and my own life experiences.

You’ll come away from my keynotes feeling emotionally moved, connected, and ready to take action. My speeches are full of personal stories of struggle and insights I’ve learned throughout my journey from darkness to light. Get ready to gain proven steps on how to take care of yourself, your loved ones, and those you lead at a deeper level.

Workshops

Combining Mental Health and Leadership

My leadership workshop is a dynamic three-hour session that delves into the intersection of Leadership and Mental Health, employing the analogy of an airplane journey.

Through engaging exercises and small group discussions, you’ll uncover how you can better care for yourself (Pilot), your loved ones (First Class), and those you serve (Main Cabin). You’ll have ample opportunities for deep sharing, training in active listening, compassionate connection, and the cultivation of stronger relationships and self-awareness.

Agenda

Caring for Ourselves at a Deeper Level
The first half of the workshop is reflective in nature, focusing on the ‘Pilot’:
  • Explore shadows, cultivate deep connections.
  • Reflect on self-leadership through personal and group activities.
  • Outline self-care examples: Reflection, Action, Perspective.
Caring for Others at a Deeper Level
The second half of the workshop focuses on leadership and how we relate to others:
  • Explore ‘First Class’ connections through activities.
  • Outline and discuss steps to care for family and friends.
  • Examine ‘Main Cabin’ leadership, impact on feelings, performance.
  • Outline how to lead with Mental Health in mind: Clarity, Growth, Trust.

Peer Group Leadership Programs

Start the Conversation Around Mental Health

I’ve been organizing and running these programs for the last four years and have seen incredible results both personally and organizationally. They provide a forum to connect deeply with teammates to start real conversations around the human side of leadership and mental health. Field leaders learn how to lead these programs and create ‘islands of progress’ within organizations from the ground level – fostering a field-led, bottom-up transformation in the way we connect with our people.

Reflective Retreats

Finding Stillness: Reflect and Recharge

I’ve run many retreats all over the world in the last decade. I’ve witnessed the unlock that comes with a unique opportunity to step away from the day-to-day grind and engage in deep reflection in nature.

Each year, I lead a small number of custom retreats, tailored for specific small groups ranging from 5 – 50.

These are designed for teams ready to take it to the next level and make serious progress, both personally and professionally. I love getting to spend intimate time with small groups – the results are transformational.

These retreats take a lot of energy and planning, so please reach out ahead of time if this is something you’re interested in for your team in the next year.
